Salary: USD 177,200 - 221,500 / annual

Spring Health is a global mental health platform on a mission to eliminate barriers to mental health care. Reporting to the VP, Chief of Staff, the Director of Business Operations & Strategy will tackle the highest-leverage business problems across the organization. This role ensures Spring Health delivers on organizational objectives with both efficiency and breakthrough results. Key responsibilities include: - Leveraging data-driven insights and business intelligence to empower senior leadership in high-stakes, evidence-based decision-making - Diagnosing root causes in underperforming or complex business areas and implementing sustainable, high-impact solutions - Identifying and integrating AI and automated workflows into core business processes to drive efficiency gains - Designing organizational structures and tools that optimize resource allocation across people, technology, and capital - Acting as connective tissue between departments to align stakeholders on critical company objectives - Monitoring external trends, AI advancements, and industry benchmarks to implement future-proof practices Success in this role means redefining KPIs by solving complex problems and delivering results that outperform projections, successfully integrating AI-leveraged solutions that reduce manual overhead and accelerate speed-to-market, and moving the needle on growth by taking projects from concept to sustainable operations ahead of schedule. Required qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy (top-tier consulting firm experience strongly preferred); 1-2 years of operating experience at a hypergrowth startup; BA/BS degree (MBA a plus). Healthcare experience is a plus. The ideal candidate demonstrates critical thinking and analytical rigor, AI competency and power-user status with automation tools, exceptional communication and team mobilization skills, creativity and innovation mindset, and grit and resilience in managing competing priorities. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in NYC with three days per week required in the HQ office at 60 Madison Ave. Occasional travel may be required for team events or meetings.
