You will be responsible for identifying and leading new revenue bets as part of the Growth Strategy team. This team takes net-new revenue opportunities from idea to launch (0 to 1), with the potential to then own the P&L and scale beyond launch (1 to 100). You report to the Senior Director of Business Operations and Growth Strategy. The role is based in NYC at 60 Madison Ave with a hybrid model requiring three days per week in office. Occasional travel may be required for team events or meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Standing up new bets from scratch: own the hypothesis, prove unit economics, and determine the path to scale
- Leveraging data-driven insights and business intelligence to make decisions and design new products or ventures
- Designing and running fast, lean, in-market experiments to get real product-market-fit signals
- Mobilizing stakeholders across functions (R&D, Legal & Regulatory, Medical Affairs, etc.) to quickly bring new bets to market
- Identifying and integrating AI and automation into the innovation process to drive meaningful gains in speed and output quality
- Staying current on external trends, AI advancements, and industry benchmarks
Success in this role means: moving new bets from 0 to 1 and pointing to the revenue or pipeline created; ruthlessly prioritizing and quickly making hard decisions when a bet isn't panning out; being a hands-on builder who lets AI multiply and accelerate what you can do; clearly defining what success looks like and delivering results against it.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–7 years of experience, including direct exposure to 0-to-1 building: as a startup founder, an early operator at a hypergrowth startup, or a builder inside a corporate incubation studio or venture-building firm
- Top-tier consulting firm background strongly preferred, with 1–2 years of operating experience at a hypergrowth startup
- Healthcare experience is a plus, not required
- BA/BS required; MBA a plus
- Comfort holding ambiguity and ownership at the same time; ability to define the plan when there isn't one and roll up your sleeves to get it done
- AI fluency: you're a power user who knows when to trust the output and when to override it
- Communication that mobilizes: ability to bring cross-functional stakeholders along on a bet that isn't proven yet
