MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI, trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100. The company builds AIStor and MemKV to unify the data stack from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud.
You will be the senior product leader on a small, high-leverage product team, owning key pieces of the product line including positioning, pricing, and field enablement. This is a customer-facing, revenue-focused role where you'll work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive growth strategy and competitive differentiation in the AI and analytics space.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing growth strategy for Data Intelligence products: market positioning, target buyers, competitive win strategies, and sequencing of product bets
- Managing partnerships with key ecosystem players to develop breakthrough products
- Engaging directly with customers (inference platform teams, data platform leads, executive buyers) through strategic deals and win/loss analysis
- Partnering with Marketing on positioning, narrative, and how MinIO is discovered by first-time buyers
- Building sales enablement assets and supporting high-value deals to ensure field confidence in inference and lakehouse buyer conversations
- Owning pricing and packaging strategy for Data Intelligence products, including how AI and Analytics motions are priced and how value is captured as workloads scale
- Tracking competitive intelligence in AI training, inference, and data platforms to shape differentiation
- Developing partner GTM strategies for the AI ecosystem
- Influencing product direction through customer signals, pipeline data, and competitive insights
You will be the most informed external voice in the room, translating market feedback into product strategy and ensuring GTM is treated as a first-class part of product development, not an afterthought.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on infrastructure, data, or AI/ML products sold to technical buyers
- Demonstrated fluency in modern AI and analytics stacks: conversant in how training and inference pipelines consume storage, key tradeoffs, and how data platform teams make build/buy decisions
- Track record of working closely with field teams on real revenue: experience sitting in on deals, building enablement that sellers actually used, and influencing deal outcomes through product conversations
- Partnership experience with marketing on crafting compelling narratives, presenting at external conferences and webinars
- Strong analytical instincts: reaching for data to test hypotheses rather than confirm them
- Excellent written communication and rigorous thinking (most compounding work in this role is written)
- Strong partnership with engineering: demonstrated technical credibility and ability to make prioritization defensible
- Real comfort with pricing and packaging decisions, ideally with direct ownership or co-ownership experience
