Databook is an AI-guided selling platform and decision-support system for enterprise go-to-market teams. The company has built a three-layer architecture combining verified customer intelligence, structured agentic reasoning, and guided coaching with closed-loop analytics. Customers include Salesforce, Microsoft, Databricks, Konica Minolta, and Schneider Electric, collectively driving over $500B in annual revenue.
You will lead AI product development, reporting directly to the CEO. This role spans three major areas:
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (40%): Define the product experience by translating product strategy into agentic workflows that sellers and sales leaders rely on daily. Design how sellers interact with the CRM layer, ensuring opportunities start with companies already in Databook's World Model. Partner closely with the Data & Insights team to ensure data coverage, freshness, and confidence are reflected in the product where sellers need them most.
DELIVERY & QUALITY (30%): Partner with Applied AI engineering to move agentic workflows from concept through evaluation, testing, and production release. Lead and grow the Agent Builder team (expanding in 2027), who configure agentic workflows and embed quality assurance. Define what quality means for AI output that sellers will act on, making it measurable through evaluation sets, acceptance criteria, regression testing, and production monitoring.
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT (30%): Spend significant time with sellers, sales leaders, and RevOps teams at enterprise customers to understand where deals are won and lost. Work with the AI Strategy & Deployment team to ensure alignment between what is sold, built, and delivered. Help design and deliver AI Bootcamps (roughly one week per quarter) to teach customer teams how to work with AI and maximize Databook's value.
This is not a technical product management role. The ideal candidate has sharp judgment, deep understanding of enterprise selling, and refined product taste—the ability to distinguish between technically correct AI output and output a CRO or seller will actually act on. You will work with some of the most sophisticated go-to-market teams in the world.
