As Director of ADME at Enveda, you will build and lead a high-impact ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion) function that accelerates drug discovery programs from promising chemistry to development-ready candidates. Reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer, you will partner closely with Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, Non-Clinical, and other scientific teams to define DMPK (Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics) strategy, generate decision-quality data, and accelerate candidate selection.
You will provide scientific leadership on ADME-SAR (Structure-Activity Relationships), partnering with Medicinal Chemistry teams to improve druggability and guide compound optimization. You will define and execute DMPK strategies across early discovery, lead optimization, and candidate selection phases. Your responsibilities include leading the design, execution, interpretation, and communication of in vitro and in vivo ADME studies, including PK/PD strategy and bioanalytical methods.
As a leader, you will build and develop a high-performing ADME organization, including talent recruitment and development, standard operating procedures (SOPs), scientific capabilities, lab operations, CAPEX/OPEX planning, data integrity, quality assurance, safety protocols, and audit readiness. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where you will shape Enveda's ADME capabilities, scientific strategy, and team composition while directly influencing the advancement of the drug discovery pipeline.
