The company combines AI-driven search with a comprehensive universe of public and private content—equity research, company filings, event transcripts, expert calls, news, and trade journals—to help sophisticated organizations remove uncertainty from decision-making. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in NYC with 2,000+ employees globally, AlphaSense recently acquired Tegus to expand its product and content capabilities. You will lead a team of 8-10 Account Managers, reporting to the VP of Account Management. Your primary focus is driving renewals, expanding customer relationships, and maximizing retention and growth across a portfolio of enterprise clients. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to ensure long-term client value and identify upsell opportunities. Key responsibilities include: leading and developing your Account Management team to exceed renewal targets; managing revenue forecasting and growth; operationalizing the customer journey; handling strategic account servicing and renewal negotiations for seven-figure deals; building and maintaining relationships with senior client stakeholders; and coaching your team on consultative selling and data-driven decision-making. You are a proven people leader with 7+ years in sales, account management, or customer success, including at least 3 years managing teams. You excel at creating scalable processes, are deeply customer-centric, and thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments. You're comfortable with complex technical SaaS products, strong at breaking down data into actionable insights, and skilled at building rapport with C-suite and senior executives. You're a servant leader committed to developing your people through regular coaching and feedback.
