Salary: USD 167,000 - 193,000 / annual

You will lead a team of approximately 8-10 Account Managers, reporting to the VP of Account Management. Your primary responsibilities include driving customer renewals, identifying and executing expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and partnering closely with the Customer Success team to deliver long-term client value. You will manage revenue forecasting, mentor and develop your team, coach on best practices and accountability, recruit top talent, and provide visibility into team performance to leadership. You'll work with Account Executives to close deals and collaborate across the organization to drive growth outcomes. The Account Management function focuses on owning and managing commercial relationships with Fortune 5000 clients, handling seven-figure deals, strategic account servicing, and renewal negotiations. Success is measured by exceeding retention targets, reducing churn, and expanding revenue through deeper client relationships and product adoption. You are a proven leader with strong people management experience, a strategic thinker who excels at creating efficient and scalable processes, and a customer-centric professional who measures success by client outcomes. You are comfortable building relationships with senior executives, handling escalations, and communicating complex data as actionable insights. You thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments and approach challenges with curiosity and integrity. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success, with at least 3 years in people management - Experience working seven-figure deals, strategic account servicing, and renewal negotiations - Strong aptitude for learning, particularly in a technical SaaS environment - Experience operationalizing the customer journey - Confident, consultative, and client-facing professional with a proactive personality - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment - Strong rapport-building skills and a positive, energetic attitude - Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills - Great time management skills, even under pressure - Willingness to travel as needed
