The Distribution team has expanded rapidly over the past four years following the acquisition of the AIB GB UK SME customer portfolio, establishing Relationship Manager presence across the UK. The direct asset finance team is early in its growth journey and seeking talented individuals to help build and expand this offering. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager and support the delivery of Allica's Asset Finance product directly to customers. You will serve as the first point of contact for all inbound Asset Finance enquiries, working closely with locally-based Relationship Managers to ensure exemplary customer service. You will become an expert on Allica Bank's Asset Finance offerings, provide feedback to product teams on improvements, and keep Relationship Teams informed of the latest offerings. Key responsibilities include: building and relationship-managing a portfolio of Asset Finance customers to drive income against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; handling inbound calls and resolving issues for existing customers; originating business through cold outreach and networking in your territory; providing cover and support to Relationship Managers via phone and email; rolling out targeted marketing campaigns and managing new-to-bank prospects; owning customer service delivery to ensure excellence; reporting key business indicators; identifying early warning indicators and managing these appropriately; managing conversations with Credit teams; collaborating across Allica to deliver the annual lending budget; establishing and managing personal objectives and development plans; ensuring personal conduct and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles guide all actions; and developing and maintaining effective relationships with key business introducers and professional networks through a structured marketing plan. REQUIREMENTS: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven career progression in business development within the Asset Finance market - Proven introducer (non-broker) relationships and relationship management skills - Knowledge of Asset Finance products and SME businesses - Ability to structure new Asset Finance lending proposals and write credit applications - Ability to analyse and review financial accounts and associated information - Knowledge and understanding of CRM systems - Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously - Curious mindset with keen interest in finding ways to improve and develop offerings through experience and customer feedback
