Salary: CAD 168,300 - 200,000 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Cybersecurity Sales to build and execute go-to-market strategy, drive enterprise sales velocity, and establish a high-performing sales organization across Canada. This role owns sales strategy and revenue delivery for ServiceNow's integrated security platform and autonomous defense capability, positioning it against fragmented point solutions and establishing the platform as the standard for Agentic Enterprise security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of direct Sales Executives to drive new business growth in the region
- Develop regional sales strategy in conjunction with Sales Operations, including competitive landscape analysis
- Actively engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to drive excellence and build a self-motivated sales culture
- Develop territories and quotas; communicate performance expectations clearly
- Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipeline to leadership
- Achieve annual sales goals on quarterly and annual basis
- Engage at C-level customer meetings to understand business requirements
- Build effective cross-functional relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, partners, and ServiceNow executive team
- Retain and grow existing customer base through regular non-sales engagement activities
Requirements:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Proven experience in cybersecurity sales leadership
- Extensive track record of new business sales success with strong presentation and negotiation skills at industry and C-level
- Strong success recruiting, coaching, and managing exceptional sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas
- Ownership of accurate CRM reporting including quarterly forecasts and opportunity inspection
- Experience driving sales processes and effective working relationships with Sales Operations
- Ability to understand the bigger picture and business drivers around IT
- Ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in rapidly changing, growing environments
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to build self-motivated sales teams embracing collaboration, enthusiasm, and overachievement
- Proven ability to champion and develop top performers, and topgrade appropriately
- Proven partner relationships and networks; ability to grow revenue streams and territory development through partner ecosystem
- Ownership of driving successful pipeline generation activities developed by marketing or partner community
