Illumio is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid digital performance across EMEA and APAC regions. You will own campaign strategy and execution across Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and Reddit, managing regional budgets while ensuring campaigns resonate with local audiences rather than relying on direct translations. Reporting to the global campaigns team based in the U.S., you'll serve as the regional expert, balancing alignment with global brand strategy while adapting to local market nuances. Key responsibilities include planning and optimizing paid campaigns, managing regional budgets and pacing against pipeline and revenue targets, and serving as the localization point person—briefing translators and agencies, reviewing assets for cultural fit, and flagging where literal translations miss the mark. You'll integrate closely with field marketing leaders across both regions, aligning digital initiatives with regional events, account-based programs, and pipeline priorities. Collaboration with regional sales teams is essential to ensure campaigns reflect local buying behavior, competitive dynamics, and compliance requirements such as GDPR in EMEA and data residency rules across APAC. Data governance is critical: you'll ensure regional campaign and customer data comply with local residency requirements, coordinating with IT and legal as needed. You'll also bring market intelligence back to the global team, identifying what resonates regionally and where global assets need adaptation. Required: 4+ years running paid digital campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, programmatic) in B2B SaaS; experience marketing across multiple EMEA and/or APAC markets with deep understanding that localization transcends translation; track record collaborating with field marketing on regional events and campaigns; familiarity with regional data privacy and residency requirements; comfort working asynchronously across time zones with strong written communication; analytical rigor to defend budget allocation with data; based in EMEA or APAC, fully remote.
