As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll build Luminary's marketing engine from the ground up, reporting to the Marketing Lead. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with direct impact on pipeline and revenue.
Key responsibilities:
Marketing Measurement & Analytics: Architect marketing measurement in HubSpot including lifecycle and funnel definitions, campaign taxonomy, UTM governance, and data hygiene. Build dashboards tracking pipeline sourced and influenced, CAC, and conversion rates by channel and campaign. Own attribution and closed-loop reporting with sales, establishing a monthly reporting rhythm that powers data-backed decisions.
Email Program: Run the complete email program in HubSpot—calendar, segmentation, and lifecycle nurture across prospects and customers. Protect deliverability through domain authentication, list health, and sunset policies. Improve performance through disciplined A/B testing.
Paid Digital Acquisition: Own Google Ads strategy and execution (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen) with proper conversion tracking. Scale LinkedIn Ads against target firms and personas using matched audiences, lead gen forms, and document ads. Test new channels (Microsoft Ads, review marketplaces, trade media, podcasts) with clear hypotheses and scale-or-stop criteria. Manage paid budget end-to-end and partner with content and design on converting ads and landing pages.
Required qualifications: 4+ years hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or considered-purchase categories. Deep HubSpot Marketing Hub skills (workflows, smart lists, custom reports, attribution dashboards). Proven experience building or rebuilding marketing reporting with funnel definitions, campaign tracking, and closed-loop revenue reporting. In-platform Google Ads experience with self-managed conversion tracking. LinkedIn Ads experience for B2B audiences. Strong email craft skills including segmentation, automation, deliverability, and copywriting.
Nice-to-have: SEO fundamentals and AI search knowledge (GEO/AEO). Familiarity with wealth management or regulated financial marketing. HubSpot or Google Ads certifications.
You'll work in a small, nimble team with measurable weekly impact on pipeline. Close collaboration with CEO, co-founders, and GTM team on strategy and execution. NYC office with hybrid flexibility (3+ days/week on-site for most team members).
