You will own the entire paid media operation as a full end-to-end function. This is a mid-level role with real scope and autonomy—you'll be the technical expert behind every campaign, responsible for strategy, platform setup, execution, and optimization across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and emerging AI/chat advertising platforms.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing paid media strategy across all channels; configuring platforms, event tracking, and conversion pixels; conducting technical audits to identify tracking gaps and attribution issues; building and managing a structured A/B testing program; owning reporting and analytics to drive optimization decisions; directing creative testing and collaborating with the creative team; evaluating and piloting new channels as they emerge; and using AI tools to streamline workflows.
You should have 3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing, paid social, or performance advertising experience, with demonstrated expertise in platform setup, event tracking, and analytics implementation. You need a track record of running structured A/B tests, strong analytical ability with GA4 or comparable tools, and comfort working across evolving ad platforms. High ownership mindset is essential—you'll run the full paid media function independently. Familiarity with AI tools in daily workflow is expected; experience building paid media programs from scratch or in startup environments is a bonus.
This role offers full ownership of paid media as a distinct function (not a slice of a larger team), exposure to emerging ad channels ahead of most marketers, direct collaboration with founders and leadership on marketing strategy, and a clear path to grow the function and team as the company scales.
