Revolut is seeking an experienced Digital Designer to join the Brand Identity team. The role focuses on balancing creativity with meticulous attention to detail to maintain and elevate Revolut's brand experience across digital products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating aligned and coherent brand experiences by integrating brand identity with product design
- Working across digital outputs including mobile apps and web platforms
- Providing creative input, developing new ideas, and identifying opportunities to communicate the brand and engage target audiences
- Taking an iterative, test-and-learn approach to develop new concepts while understanding customer behavior
- Collaborating with Brand Designers to expand and refresh the design portfolio
- Acting as a brand guardian to ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and quality standards
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in product design with a portfolio demonstrating integration of brand elements within digital products
- Proficiency in systematizing designs to ensure consistency and adaptability across teams
- Strong collaboration skills to bridge creative and product teams
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify and address process gaps
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfort managing design feedback and ensuring design resources are accessible
- Current knowledge of digital design standards, responsive design, and usability principles
Nice-to-have skills include data-driven creative decision-making, experience with app-centric brands, and animation expertise.
