The Digital Designer (Brand) role sits within the Brand team and focuses on balancing creativity with meticulous attention to detail. You'll help communicate Revolut's diverse product offering to global audiences and drive engagement through cohesive brand experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating aligned and coherent brand experiences by integrating brand identity with product design
- Working across digital outputs such as apps and web platforms
- Providing creative input, developing new ideas, and identifying opportunities to communicate the brand and engage target audiences
- Taking an iterative, test-and-learn approach to develop new concepts while understanding customer behavior
- Collaborating with Brand Designers to expand and refresh the portfolio
- Acting as a brand guardian to ensure designs are on-brand and high quality
You'll need:
- Proven experience in digital design with a portfolio demonstrating integration of brand elements within digital products
- Proficiency in systematizing designs to ensure consistency and adaptability across teams
- Strong collaboration skills to bridge creative and product teams
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and process improvement mindset
- Excellent communication skills and comfort managing design feedback
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital design standards, responsive design, and usability principles
Nice-to-have skills include data-driven creative decision-making, app-centric brand experience, and animation expertise.
The role is based in Barcelona with remote flexibility available for Poland, Porto, Portugal, Spain, and UAE. Compensation for Krakow/Poland is PLN 15,000–23,500 gross monthly; other locations discussed during interviews.
