As Digital Analytics Director, you will lead the Analytics team within Martech, reporting to the Senior Martech Director. This is a leadership role grounded in technical credibility, requiring deep measurement implementation experience combined with strategic vision.
Key responsibilities include: developing strategic measurement roadmaps for enterprise clients across the Asia-Pacific region; owning modern measurement methodologies (MMM, incrementality, geo-testing, causal analysis); advising senior client marketing leaders on complex measurement strategy; serving as final escalation for critical technical decisions; defining the agency's AI measurement approach including agentic solutions and signal quality; establishing risk and compliance frameworks for AI and data security; identifying MarTech expansion opportunities and driving revenue growth through renewals and new services; leading external representation through thought leadership and case studies; and building, mentoring, and developing a multi-disciplinary analytics team.
You will balance strategic client leadership with sufficient technical depth to audit solution design, review code, and maintain delivery standards. The role emphasizes strategy, client relationships, and team development over day-to-day execution.
Required qualifications: 6+ years with Google stack (GA4, GA360, server-side GTM, Google Cloud) with judgment to recommend alternatives; 3+ years managing analysts and mentoring senior talent; working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and visualization tools (Looker); track record designing cross-channel measurement strategies including incrementality and MMM for C-suite stakeholders; clear perspective on AI's impact on measurement and agentic workflows; commercial fluency at portfolio level; proven pitching, scoping, and executive relationship-building skills.
