iCapital is seeking a Design System Designer to lead the creation and evolution of scalable design foundations. This role combines systems thinking with strong visual design skills to build reusable components, patterns, templates, and documentation that enable consistent, accessible, high-quality user experiences across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
• Design, build, and maintain reusable design system foundations, components, patterns, templates, and comprehensive documentation that support consistent, accessible, high-quality user experiences.
• Contribute to evolving the design system into AI infrastructure, positioning the system to support emerging AI-driven product capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to identify reusable opportunities and evolve the design system to support emerging product needs.
• Review and guide design system contributions from product designers, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
• Champion the design system by educating and enabling teams, driving adoption, and staying ahead of emerging trends in design systems.
