Moxie is seeking a Design Senior Manager to own and elevate design across its Marketing Services division, which serves 700+ independent medspas nationwide. This is the first dedicated design role on the team, positioned at the intersection of hands-on design execution and marketing strategy.
You will own design end-to-end across multiple channels: website, email and SMS, lifecycle marketing, and events. The role requires shipping polished, on-brand work that meets service level agreements while raising the bar for design quality across the platform. You'll contribute strategic thinking to integrated marketing plans, not just execute tactical requests.
Key responsibilities include: building a scalable template system for practices of all sizes; streamlining and documenting design processes to turn ad hoc work into repeatable systems; identifying and implementing AI-assisted design workflows to increase team capacity; and establishing design standards for the medspa industry, which currently lacks an established playbook.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of design experience, including end-to-end brand ownership. You should demonstrate range across channels (website, email/SMS, events) with elevated taste and a clear point of view on high-end design, ideally from luxury, beauty, hospitality, or wellness backgrounds. Beyond craft, you need marketing instincts—experience contributing to campaign planning and strategy, not just executing briefs. You should have evidence of building a function from scratch (first creative hire, agency experience, or creative operations with hands-on design responsibility). Comfort with ambiguity, resourcefulness, and hands-on experience with AI design tools are essential.
