Linear is seeking a Design Engineer to drive creative initiatives across web and brand as part of the Magic Team, their internal creative agency. You'll help communicate Linear's story and vision while building the product development system for teams and AI agents.

In this role, you will:
- Build complex, interactive UI web and app experiences
- Create beautiful, responsive websites, landing pages, and internal tools
- Implement creative animations and interactions in code
- Explore visual design in Figma and translate it to web-native experiences
- Contribute to Linear's brand and creative storytelling

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong eye for good design
- Strong frontend engineering skills
- Experience building end-to-end websites and landing pages
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript
- Experience using agentic coding tools as part of the design process (from exploring ideas to building production-quality interactions)
- Portfolio or Twitter profile showcasing technical skills, creative use of code, and prototyping abilities
