Fictiv, a leading provider of standard, configurable, and custom manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Deputy General Manager for its India Operations hub in Bengaluru. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the General Manager–India, designed to serve as the GM's primary operational partner and acting senior leader in their absence.
You will be responsible for driving overall performance, culture, and compliance across Fictiv's India operations. Key responsibilities include supporting the GM in setting and sustaining the company's tone, culture, and ethical standards; acting as a visible and accessible leader for the India team; providing strategic direction and operational communication to achieve business results; and serving as Acting GM when needed to ensure leadership continuity.
Financial management duties include monitoring and managing regional expenses in alignment with approved budgets, flagging variances, and recommending corrective actions. You will work closely with functional managers across all disciplines to ensure the India hub operates as a cohesive, high-performing, and compliant entity.
This role demands an individual equally adept at operational execution and people leadership—someone who can drive accountability across cross-functional teams, champion Fictiv's values and standards, and proactively identify and resolve issues before escalation.
