As a Deployment Strategist at Hippocratic AI, you will own healthcare AI deployments end-to-end for health systems, providers, payors, and life sciences organizations. You'll manage defined deployment workstreams and major customer milestones, establishing stakeholder relationships, identifying technical and operational dependencies, and driving measurable business impact in real clinical and operational environments.
You will serve as both a strategic partner and execution lead, combining technical delivery, healthcare operations fluency, and executive customer partnership. Your responsibilities include:
- Discovering the real problem behind customer requests and scoping solutions that meet their objectives
- Designing and building AI agents capable of handling complex, high-stakes healthcare conversations
- Mapping data flows from customer systems into conversations and back as insights, scoping required builds and partnering with engineering
- Owning end-to-end implementation: stakeholder adoption, agent configuration, timeline management, documentation, and proactive blocker resolution
- Working with forward-deployed engineers to spec new AI features for customer deployments
- Capturing deployment learnings and turning them into repeatable playbooks, templates, and best practices
- Developing analytics and dashboards to track deployment performance
- Using deployment insights to inform internal product and process improvements
