Arondite is a defence technology company building foundational software and AI to power autonomous systems. They are expanding into Norway and seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead the planning and execution of implementing their technology (Cobalt platform) with customers and partners in the Norwegian and NATO-relevant markets. You will own end-to-end responsibility for ensuring Arondite's autonomous systems, sensors and command-and-control solutions are deployed effectively and with maximum operational impact. This role bridges users, product and engineering teams, translating field insights into product direction while maintaining alignment with operational realities. Key responsibilities include: engaging directly with Norwegian and NATO stakeholders to map workflows and integration challenges; identifying and framing customer problems aligned with Cobalt's vision; designing iterative delivery plans that demonstrate value quickly; acting as the bridge between users, product and engineering; supporting demonstrations, trials and pilot activities; helping customers understand interoperability across heterogeneous systems; and continuously refining priorities to ensure adoption and strong feedback loops. You will work in demanding operational and trial environments, requiring significant travel across Norway. As one of Arondite's first deployment hires focused on Norway, you will shape the product offering, solve real-world problems affecting end users, and help define how Arondite operates in the Norwegian market. Required: technical proficiency (programming skills, technical degree, or equivalent tech company experience); strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management; independent decision-making under pressure; willingness to travel and work on-site with customers; ability to understand both software systems and operational user needs; and the ability to translate effectively between technical and operational contexts. You may take on leadership responsibilities depending on experience.
