Hippocratic AI is seeking a Deployment Strategist to serve as the technical architect and implementer for AI agent deployments in healthcare settings. Based in Northeast Ohio with primary work at client sites, this role bridges customer needs and technical execution across the full deployment lifecycle.
You will design agent workflows, manage build processes, handle system integrations, and ensure deployments deliver measurable clinical value. This is not a coding role—instead, you orchestrate integrations, configure AI agents, and lead deployments from initial scoping through optimization.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with customers to understand clinical workflows and define agent scope; designing and configuring agent workflows with appropriate tools and prompts; serving as the technical and operational advisor to customers, explaining trade-offs and managing expectations; developing build timelines, coordinating with engineering, and tracking progress to milestones; defining data requirements and designing integration workflows; and monitoring agent performance post-launch to drive continuous improvements.
Success means accurately translating customer workflows into well-structured agent designs, using established tools and patterns to configure agents efficiently, ensuring reliable data flow between agents and customer systems, providing trusted technical leadership, and capturing institutional knowledge through documentation and reusable configurations.
You bring 5+ years of technical experience (software engineering, cloud architecture, systems design, or technical consulting), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer empathy and communication ability, and demonstrated project management capability. Healthcare domain expertise, AI/ML orchestration experience, EHR integration knowledge, and experience in regulated environments are valued but not required.
