EliseAI is a Series E AI company ($250M raised) focused on deploying agentic AI into housing and healthcare workflows. The Future Platforms team operates as a startup-within-a-startup, tasked with scaling the next generation of autonomous operations products.
As a Deployment Strategist, you will own enterprise customer deployments end-to-end—from late-stage sales handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization. This is a high-autonomy, cross-functional role centered on strategic execution with direct influence over product direction and go-to-market motion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as primary driver of customer deployment success, ensuring outcomes, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
- Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning to translate customer goals into crisp requirements, workflows, and rollout plans
- Manage a full book of concurrent deployments at different stages, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with product operations, engineering, and training on configuration, data migration, launch, and adoption
- Partner with customer leadership on change management and organizational communication
- Bring product and workflow requirements back to the Product/Engineering team based on real-world learnings
- Systematize deployment processes and playbooks to enable rapid scaling without quality loss
- Support sales and expansion through late-stage discovery and follow-on opportunity identification
- Help attract top talent to the team
You'll work in a fast-moving, founder-minded environment with deep C-suite involvement (CEO, CRO, CSO, CTO) and founder-level ownership from day one. The role demands comfort with ambiguity, strong stakeholder management, execution discipline, and a drive to build repeatable systems at scale.
