Hippocratic AI is seeking a Deployment Strategist to serve as the technical architect and implementer for AI agent deployments in healthcare settings. Based in Columbus, OH, you'll work onsite at client locations (five days per week) with occasional travel to Menlo Park headquarters. In this role, you'll bridge customer clinical workflows and technical execution by designing AI agent workflows, managing the build process, handling system integrations, and ensuring deployments deliver measurable clinical value. You'll orchestrate integrations, configure AI agents, and lead deployments from initial scoping through post-launch optimization—without writing production code. Key responsibilities include: partnering with customers to understand workflows and define agent scope; designing and configuring agent behaviors and tools; serving as the technical and operational advisor throughout deployment; managing project timelines and coordinating with engineering; defining integration architectures and data requirements; and monitoring agent performance to drive continuous improvement. Success means accurately translating customer workflows into well-structured agent designs, using established tools and patterns to configure agents efficiently, ensuring reliable data flows between agents and customer systems, building trust as a technical advisor, and capturing knowledge that accelerates future deployments. You'll need 5+ years of technical experience (software engineering, cloud architecture, systems design, or technical consulting), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer empathy and communication ability, and solid project management capability. Healthcare domain expertise, AI/ML orchestration experience, EHR integration knowledge, and experience in regulated environments are valued but not required. Hippocratic AI is backed by $404M in funding from leading healthcare and AI investors including CapitalG, a16z, General Catalyst, and Kleiner Perkins. You'll work alongside AI pioneers from Google, Meta, Microsoft, NVIDIA and clinical leaders from Johns Hopkins, Washington University, and Stanford. Every deployment you architect has direct measurable impact on patient outcomes and clinician efficiency.
