Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Deployment Lead for the West Coast to lead the delivery and sustainment of Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) capabilities to military customers. This role sits at the intersection of operations, customer success, and product expertise, requiring someone who can manage complex deployments while building deep relationships with warfighters and internal teams.
You will own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle: site surveys, system installation, testing, training, and ongoing sustainment. This includes Tier 1 troubleshooting, user support, issue escalation, and data-driven reporting. You'll drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, sales, logistics, and mission success teams to deliver mission-critical air defense capabilities in challenging operational environments.
Key responsibilities include project planning for hardware movements and site installations; managing customer and stakeholder expectations through clear communication of plans and timelines; leading integrated program teams to maintain focus and drive execution; developing deep expertise in both customer mission requirements (threat profiles, regulatory constraints, rules of engagement) and Anduril's CUAS technology (sensor modalities, sensor fusion, power/networking); and serving as the voice of the customer back to engineering to inform product improvements.
