Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Lead to own end-to-end readiness and day-to-day operations for a portfolio of mission-critical defense technology deployment sites. This deeply technical, field-facing program role reports to the Operations, Cyber & Security team and serves as the primary liaison between customers, engineering, field support, logistics, security, and program leadership.
You will orchestrate all aspects of site deployment and sustainment, including pre-deployment surveys, readiness reviews, and ongoing operational support. Key responsibilities include: establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with government customers and internal stakeholders; leading site surveys to assess power, cooling, networking, security, and access requirements; maintaining authoritative site profiles with technical configurations, contact information, and operational history; planning and coordinating deployments, exercises, training events, and sustainment activities; building integrated schedules across concurrent sites with clear dependency and risk management; coordinating procurement, shipping, logistics, and equipment accountability; partnering with deployment operations on hardware cataloging and compliance verification; orchestrating engineering support for installation, troubleshooting, and hardware replacement; developing reusable site-survey guides, technical materials, and emergency procedures; managing user feedback and after-action reviews to drive continuous improvement; and providing concise status and readiness reporting to leadership.
Required: 5+ years in technical program management, field operations, deployment operations, or systems integration delivering complex hardware/software capabilities. Demonstrated ownership of multi-site execution involving customers, engineering, logistics, and time-critical dependencies. Working knowledge of integrated hardware, software, networking, and data-center/field infrastructure. Ability to build executable plans, schedules, readiness criteria, and risk registers in ambiguous environments. Strong ability to build trust with government customers, lead through influence, and resolve issues decisively. Exceptional written and verbal communication for technical, operational, and executive audiences. Willingness to travel 30–50% and work non-standard hours during major events. Must currently possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance and be eligible for Top Secret clearance.
