Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced AI and autonomy, is seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to join its Connected Warfare division in Costa Mesa, California. In this role, you will own material flow responsibility across the entire value chain—from raw materials through finished goods shipped to customers. You'll have full ownership of specific assemblies and product lines, serving as the critical link between demand forecasting and manufacturing execution. Your primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day demand signaling and inventory for various product lines, identifying and resolving supply chain issues through cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams, and leading Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for your designated product lines. You will work closely with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans, analyze supply and material health to inform strategic decisions, develop and maintain processes within MRP/ERP systems, and drive initiatives toward best practices in demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization. This is a fast-paced, resource-limited environment where ownership, creative problem-solving, and operational excellence are essential. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (manufacturing, engineering, analytics, computer science, finance, supply chain management, etc.), 3+ years of experience in supply chain or production roles within fast-paced manufacturing environments handling complex assemblies, complete ownership experience of complex value chains coordinating across multiple departments, technical expertise in reading technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes, hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM systems (Salesforce), and willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate to Costa Mesa if not already local. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, strong SQL and database skills for custom queries, proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview), knowledge of supply chain planning systems (Blue Yonder), experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies, and ability to obtain a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.
