Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to join its operations team in Costa Mesa. This role owns material flow responsibility across the entire value chain—from raw materials through finished goods shipped to customers—with full ownership of specific assemblies and product lines. You will manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines, serving as the primary signal to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build. Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving supply issues through collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams; leading Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for designated product lines; aligning forecasts with Business Development and Growth teams; and reporting on supply and material health to inform strategic decisions. You will develop and maintain processes within MRP/ERP systems, drive strategic initiatives toward best practices including demand shaping and inventory optimization, and work in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment where creative problem-solving is essential. Required: Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; 3+ years in supply chain or production roles within fast-paced manufacturing environments handling complex assemblies; complete ownership experience coordinating across multiple high-volume departments; technical expertise reading documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing; ERP (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) experience; willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate to Costa Mesa if needed. Preferred: Master's degree; SQL database expertise; data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview); supply chain planning systems (Blue Yonder); lean manufacturing and six sigma knowledge; ability to obtain U.S. TS clearance.
