Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 / annual

HallPass Candy, part of the Medici Brands portfolio and led by Peter Rahal (former CEO of RXBAR) and Michael Tierney (former CEO of Stuffed Puffs), is building next-generation candy with reduced calories at competitive pricing. The company recently launched nationwide at Walmart and is scaling rapidly. As Demand Planning Manager, you will own the rolling demand forecast across all customers, channels, and SKUs, incorporating historical trends, seasonality, promotions, customer activity, and new product launches. You'll develop short-, medium-, and long-range forecasts to support inventory, production, and capacity planning. This is a core planning role that directly impacts the business's ability to meet customer demand while maintaining healthy inventory and service levels. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the complete demand forecasting process across all customers, channels, and products - Partnering with Sales to incorporate customer insights, distribution changes, promotional activity, and pipeline opportunities - Leading the demand planning portion of the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process and driving cross-functional alignment - Monitoring forecast accuracy and bias, identifying variance drivers, and implementing continuous improvements - Proactively identifying demand risks and opportunities and communicating impacts to inventory, production, and customer service - Supporting new product launches and customer expansions by developing assumptions and forecasts with limited historical data - Translating demand forecasts into inventory and production requirements in partnership with Supply Chain and Operations - Developing scenario analyses to model the impact of demand changes, customer timing, promotions, and key assumptions - Building and maintaining demand planning dashboards, reporting, and KPIs - Improving demand planning processes, tools, data, and forecasting methodologies as the business scales You'll work in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer products environment, collaborating closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations. This role requires someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear business decisions and thrives in building scalable processes. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, or related planning roles, ideally within CPG, food & beverage, or consumer products - Strong experience owning or materially contributing to a demand forecasting process across multiple customers, channels, and SKUs - Experience participating in or leading the demand planning portion of S&OP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) - Strong understanding of demand forecasting, forecast accuracy and bias, inventory planning, seasonality, promotions, and new product forecasting - Experience working with Sales and Supply Chain teams to develop and align on consensus demand forecasts - Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing large datasets and building forecasting models and reporting - Experience with demand planning, ERP, or supply chain planning systems (preferred) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and translate data into actionable recommendations - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and building processes that can scale with the business
