Spara is hiring its first dedicated Demand Generation Manager to build the demand gen function from the ground up. You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing and serve as a strategic partner in shaping Spara's GTM success. In this role, you'll design, launch, and own the full demand gen engine across paid channels, email nurture, retargeting, webinars, AEO/GEO, events, and partner co-marketing. You'll run a rapid test-and-learn program, forming hypotheses, shipping experiments, and doubling down on what generates qualified pipeline. You'll treat the database as a channel, running nurture, reactivation, and lifecycle programs to turn dormant leads and closed-lost deals back into pipeline. You'll invent creative plays across the ecosystem—partner webinars, community presence, and founder/exec content distribution. You'll leverage AI as a force multiplier for audience research, creative iteration, personalization, campaign analysis, and workflow automation. You'll partner closely with the Head of Sales and reps to align campaigns to segments and territories, tighten the marketing-to-sales handoff, and run hand-built ABM plays on key accounts. You bring 5+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS demand gen or growth marketing experience, having personally built and run paid, email, and content-driven campaigns. You're a self-starter who sees gaps, scopes work, and ships it. AI is core to how you work—you constantly experiment with new tools and automation. You're opinionated and data-honest, bringing strong POVs backed by evidence and changing your mind when numbers disagree. You're a true partner to sales, measuring yourself on qualified pipeline and revenue. You're fluent in marketing automation, CRM, and attribution tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Nice-to-haves include experience running demand gen across PLG and sales-led motions, ABM and field/event marketing, and an eye for converting creative. Location: In-office 4 days per week in downtown Manhattan (World Trade Center), with remote flexibility on Fridays. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible PTO, and 401k.
