Klaviyo is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for its ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) region, based in Sydney. You will report to the Head of Demand Generation, APAC, and partner closely with Sales, BDR, Partner Marketing, Brand & Content, and Product Marketing teams.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, but you will need strong stakeholder management and judgment skills. You will own three core demand generation levers for ANZ: integrated campaigns across the funnel, account-based marketing (digital, lifecycle/nurture, direct mail), and the experiential programme including flagship K:City events (K:SYD), executive roundtables, and industry tradeshows.
Key responsibilities include:
**Demand Generation & Campaigns:**
- Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across ANZ spanning paid, organic, lifecycle, field/events, and ABM channels
- Localize and adapt global campaign frameworks for regional relevance, accounting for language, buyer behavior, channel mix, and competitive context
- Partner with BDR, Sales, Partner Marketing, and shared services teams to align campaign timing and messaging with regional pipeline goals and account priorities
- Manage campaign calendars, budgets, vendor relationships, and global contributors across timezones
**Field Marketing, ABM & Events:**
- Own ANZ's field marketing programme including account-based plays (1:1 and 1:few), direct mail, gifting, and tactics tied to named target accounts
- Own APAC's experiential and events programme end-to-end: flagship K:SYD event, executive roundtables, premium corporate hospitality, and industry tradeshows
- Partner with Sales to build and maintain target account lists and design field tactics reflecting where each account sits in the funnel
- Track and report campaign performance by channel with clear perspective on what's working, what isn't, and why
Success metrics include: every campaign, account play, and event tied back to pipeline impact; integrated campaigns localized for regional buyer behavior; field tactics aligned with Sales on target accounts; events programme putting Klaviyo in the room with key accounts; and campaign reporting with clear insights on performance drivers.
Klaviyo is a high-growth B2B SaaS company in the ecommerce and customer data platform space. The Sydney team has been built since 2022 across sales, CS, partnerships, marketing, recruiting, and product support, with a growing Singapore presence. This is an early-stage APAC business with significant headroom and a leadership bench largely promoted from within. You'd be joining at a formative moment as the country model for ANZ is new and operating systems are being built now.
The role may require up to 10% travel for new hire onboarding, client/partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years in demand generation, field marketing, or integrated campaigns, ideally with hands-on ABM and events experience in B2B SaaS
- Comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end from planning through execution to reporting in a lean-resource environment
- Experience managing media budgets with or without agencies, with clear understanding of where spend is and isn't working
- Strong commercial instinct: evaluate every paid channel, event, account play, or field tactic through a pipeline and ROI lens; comfortable making that case to senior stakeholders
- Ability to read data and turn it into recommendations, not just reports; familiarity with Tableau and Salesforce (or equivalent) preferred
- Strong collaborator who can align global and local priorities without treating either as the default answer
- Organized enough to manage multiple workstreams, campaigns, and events simultaneously; pragmatic about where to flex process versus hold the line
- Comfortable working asynchronously across timezones with a globally distributed marketing team
- Genuinely curious about what makes buyers different in Australia and New Zealand and across different industries; willing to say when a global template doesn't fit
