Frontera is building AI-powered tools to improve behavioral healthcare delivery for children with autism and other behavioral health needs. The company combines clinicians, technologists, and autism specialists to create HIPAA-compliant platforms that help care teams work more efficiently. As Demand Generation Lead, you will own the full execution of the demand generation engine that builds pipeline across Frontera's technology solutions for ABA clinics. This is a hands-on, builder role on a small team where you design processes as you go rather than inherit established ones. Key responsibilities include: **Demand Generation Programs**: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns generating qualified pipeline from ABA clinic operators, clinical directors, and clinicians. Channels include paid advertising, email, content syndication, account-based marketing (ABM), and web. **Event Marketing**: Run end-to-end event marketing for all conferences Frontera sponsors or exhibits at. This includes pre-show audience building, booth traffic generation, on-site activation support, and post-event follow-up sequences. You'll measure ROI and determine which events to continue partnering with. **Partner Marketing**: Lead co-marketing initiatives with technology and channel partners, including joint campaigns, co-branded content, webinars, and shared pipeline motions. You'll work directly with partner enablement teams to activate this channel. **Pipeline Accountability**: You carry a marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline target, ensuring campaigns drive measurable business results. Required qualifications: 6+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing in high-growth environments; proven track record owning pipeline numbers, not just program delivery; hands-on expertise with HubSpot, paid social, and campaign reporting; direct experience running field and event marketing programs end-to-end; partner or channel co-marketing experience; comfort with ambiguity on small teams. Healthcare, health tech, or multi-site provider experience is a strong plus. Frontera offers competitive salary ($155,000–$185,000), stock options, health benefits, 401(k), and 4 weeks PTO. The Denver office is dog-friendly with catered lunches five days a week, snacks, coffee, commuter stipends, and discounted parking.
