As Demand Generation Lead, you will own enterprise demand strategy and execution, partnering across marketing, product, sales, and customer success. You'll develop targeted demand programs for new and existing enterprise customers, managing the full lifecycle from audience segmentation and offer design through campaign execution, sales enablement, and performance reporting.
Key responsibilities include: owning the enterprise demand plan with clear pipeline outcomes; building integrated campaigns across paid media, web, email, events, and sales outreach; running account-based marketing programs with tailored content and executive engagement; creating expansion demand within existing customers; embedding in the sales motion through pipeline reviews and account planning; and building an AI-powered demand engine with repeatable workflows and automation.
You'll need strong enterprise B2B SaaS demand generation and account-based marketing experience, with a track record of creating pipeline through complex sales cycles. You should be hands-on across the full demand stack, comfortable with modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT), and able to build systems and automation. Commercial fluency is essential—you measure success through sales acceptance, opportunity progression, pipeline, and revenue, not vanity metrics. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Data, Engineering, Creative, Web, and Growth teams.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who builds, not just directs. You'll set direction, run programs yourself, and turn what works into repeatable processes. The role is in-office 4 days per week from the Surry Hills HQ in Sydney.
