Qevlar AI is a B2B SaaS scale-up building an AI platform that helps Security Operations Centers transition from reactive to proactive threat detection through autonomous security alert investigations. The company has raised $44M from top-tier VCs (EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital, Partech), deployed solutions with major enterprises like Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and ended 2025 with multi-million dollar ARR. As Director of Demand Generation, you will own the pipeline engine and build a systematic, increasingly inbound-led source of qualified opportunities. This is a foundational marketing hire reporting to the VP of Marketing, joining a team that already has product marketing, content/brand, and field marketing in place. Key responsibilities include: - Own the pipeline number (sourced and influenced) and build the demand generation model that ties channel investment to pipeline and revenue targets globally - Shift the pipeline mix toward inbound over time, growing website and organic-sourced pipeline as a share of total - Build a signal-based demand engine using intent data and account signals to detect in-market buyers and trigger real-time activation - Own website conversion and CRO, turning traffic into qualified pipeline through conversational/chat experiences - Ensure Qevlar is found and cited by AI search and LLM assistants, recognizing that technical security buyers increasingly research through AI before engaging sales - Use AI to automate enrichment, audience building, personalization, follow-up, and reporting - Build and run account-based marketing programs in partnership with Sales - Own lifecycle and nurture programs suited to long, technical sales cycles - Manage SEO and marketing ops agency relationships and evolve the martech stack - Oversee events and field marketing with rigorous pipeline attribution - Report on outcomes (pipeline contribution, CAC, AI discoverability) and run experiments with clear success criteria You bring 7+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in enterprise or security software with long sales cycles and technical buyers. You have a proven track record of shifting pipeline mix toward inbound, improving website-sourced demand through SEO and CRO, and using AI/signal-based tools (intent data, ABM platforms, conversational tools). You understand AI/LLM discoverability and how buyers research through AI assistants. You have deep expertise in marketing automation and CRM, experience managing martech stacks, and comfort owning metrics like CAC and pipeline coverage. You've managed agencies and external vendors to performance standards and thrive in early-stage environments building systems from scratch. The company offers flexibility on location—fully remote or hybrid from the NYC office. You'll work on meaningful cybersecurity problems with real-world impact, shape the future of an AI+security product gaining traction, and receive equity with early ownership in a fast-moving, international team.
