Proscia is a leader in pathology AI software, backed by over $100 million in funding, transforming how pathologists and scientists work by enabling the shift from traditional microscope-based workflows to digital, AI-driven approaches. The company is at the forefront of the digital pathology revolution, which is experiencing explosive growth as AI enables unprecedented insights into diseases like cancer.
You will own the build and execution of demand generation campaigns, working directly with the Head of Corporate Marketing in a hands-on role. The majority of your time will go to building, running, and measuring campaigns in HubSpot—segmentation, workflow construction, reporting, and analysis. You'll work at the intersection of marketing and sales, owning the operational layer beneath the lead management process: scoring, routing, lifecycle progression, and the feedback loop that turns sales qualification insights into sharper targeting.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build and execute demand generation campaigns end-to-end in HubSpot: emails, workflows, landing pages, forms, lists, and campaign structure with full QA. You'll use AI to draft nurture sequences from campaign briefs, iterate variants, generate and stress-test workflow logic, and produce subject line variants for testing.
• Build segmented, persona-level lists for campaigns, downstream of the prioritized target account list maintained by the commercial team. Use AI to research accounts for digital pathology maturity and buying window signals, then translate findings into actionable campaign segments.
• Own the operations beneath marketing and sales SLAs: scoring, routing, lifecycle progression, and recycling logic. Close the loop with inside sales so qualification learnings sharpen targeting strategy. You own the HubSpot side while the business systems team owns Salesforce and integration.
• Own the campaign layer around the industry conference program, from pre-event invitations and meeting booking through badge data capture and post-event nurture. Administer the webinar platform for product release webinars and digital events.
• Build campaign reporting that leadership relies on, interrogating HubSpot directly with AI to get answers faster. Bring your own judgment on what's working, what isn't, which campaigns and events produce pipeline, and what needs refinement.
• Brief, prioritize, and review work from external partners and contractors who extend team capacity.
The role is broad by design; you'll have real influence over how campaigns run. The team works AI-first, using Claude with connectors into HubSpot, Salesforce, and Webflow to interrogate campaign data conversationally, draft and iterate assets, and research accounts without delay. You'll be expected to work this way from day one and continuously find new applications for driving pipeline growth.
Required: hands-on experience building campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Hub and genuine fluency with AI as part of your daily workflow. Clinical laboratory experience is a plus.
