Diligent is seeking a Delivery Analyst to execute and deliver governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions to enterprise clients. In this role, you will leverage your product expertise and domain knowledge to deliver customer requests while creating exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering timely, high-quality services aligned with customer requests
- Collaborating with Customer Success Managers, Senior Managers, and implementation teams to route and handle service requests appropriately
- Providing technical guidance to customers on how to maximize value from Diligent's Operational Risk Management platform
- Documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures for customer-specific requests
- Consulting with global implementation and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction
You will work with clients on compliance, vendor management, information security, and risk management requirements. The role requires strong client-facing skills, the ability to work in fast-paced environments, and expertise in GRC platforms.
Required qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing or consulting role (internal or external)
- Strong ability to engage customer personnel in solution discussions
- Passion for compliance, vendor management, information security, or risk management
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Compliance Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security, or MIS) is a plus
Preferred skills include excellent communication, effective time management, multi-tasking ability, experience with GRC and analytics tools, and familiarity with platform-based product solutions.
