As Deal Structuring Manager, you will drive deal strategy and decision-making by partnering with sales, finance, and transactions teams. Your core responsibilities include developing deal structures that balance valuation, risk, market conditions, and conversion potential while ensuring profitability for both customers and Homeward.

You'll also utilize market insights and economic data to drive pricing strategies and profitability.
Operational excellence includes meeting SLAs for property assessments and repairs, staying current on industry trends and regulations, and providing weekend availability as needed. The ideal candidate has experience in property underwriting, strong analytical skills, and a passion for transforming real estate. You'll thrive in fast-paced environments, navigate complex trade-offs, and think strategically about business objectives.
