Salesforce's Global Center of Excellence Deal Strategy team is seeking a Deal Strategy Senior Analyst to join their Mexico City office. This role sits at the intersection of finance, sales operations, and commercial strategy, supporting Salesforce's CRM product lines and professional services across multiple regions and business segments. You will be responsible for analyzing and assessing deal pricing requests using both quantitative and qualitative criteria, making pricing approval decisions, and managing communications with sales teams while ensuring compliance. Daily responsibilities include quote approvals, handling non-standard deal requirements, and participating in deal review cycles. You'll challenge internal assumptions to drive price increases and discount reductions, directly impacting company profitability. Beyond approvals, you'll develop sales enablement materials to train teams on pricing best practices and product positioning. You'll work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations to optimize contract terms and close deals, while building deep understanding of Salesforce's customer base and competitive landscape. For professional services, you'll create deal reviews and risk profiles with detailed accuracy, supporting KPIs and risk mitigations. You'll also contribute to process improvement by documenting findings, conducting project reviews to assess risks and customer satisfaction, and creating materials for stakeholders that showcase actionable insights. The role includes participation in internal projects and infrastructure development as the Deal Strategy function scales. Required: 7+ years of professional experience, strong analytical background with proficiency in profitability analysis and pricing strategy, experience managing pricing approvals, and familiarity with deal desk or commercial-selling functions. Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential, along with the ability to build relationships, work collaboratively, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Preferred: Pricing strategy expertise, sales financial analysis, consulting background, professional services risk review experience, and procurement experience structuring pricing for mid-to-large contracts.
