Twilio is seeking a Deal Desk Senior Analyst to support the LATAM go-to-market motion. This role is central to Twilio's commercial operations, partnering with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to evaluate, structure, and execute non-standard commercial agreements while maintaining financial governance and optimizing corporate margins.
Key responsibilities include building and analyzing financial models for standard and non-standard deals, evaluating pricing, discounting, term length, usage commitments, and gross margin impact. You will partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals by analyzing tradeoffs across price, volume, and risk, ensuring alignment with Twilio's financial guardrails. The role requires acting as both a guardrail and educator for Sales and GTM teams, ensuring adherence to internal contracting policies, approval matrices, and discount governance.
Operationally, you will own the end-to-end Deal Desk workflow in Salesforce/CPQ, from quote building and pricing approvals through Order Form creation, DocuSign execution, and opportunity closure, maintaining 100% data integrity and policy compliance. You'll establish trusted working relationships across Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales to streamline deal velocity. Additionally, you will collaborate on reviewing and structuring non-standard contract language within Order Forms, ensuring alignment with corporate risk and revenue recognition policies.
The role includes conducting ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support broader business decisions and strategic initiatives, as well as driving cross-functional project improvement initiatives to scale Deal Desk operations and optimize internal workflows.
Required qualifications include business proficiency or fluency in English with solid written and verbal communication skills. You need a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Deal Desk, or an analytical Go-To-Market role (or 5+ years of relevant analytical experience without a degree). Demonstrated analytical and financial skills with a firm understanding of core financial concepts are essential. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with proven experience building financial models, logic formulas, and scenario analyses are required, along with a diligent, detail-oriented approach.
