Salary: USD 145,000 - 168,000 / annual

As Deal Desk & Pricing Analyst, you will be the central hub managing how Peregrine structures, prices, reviews, and approves complex deals. You'll partner closely with Sales, Finance, Contracts, Sales Operations, Product, and technical teams to enable rapid deal progression while protecting financial health and deal quality. Key responsibilities include: - Managing pricing and deal requests across Salesforce and email, partnering with Sales from discovery through commercial alignment while meeting agreed service levels - Designing pricing structures, reviewing nonstandard terms, and routing deals through appropriate approval paths - Analyzing deployment complexity, system integration, support needs, cloud costs, discount patterns, margins, and payment terms to identify revenue leakage and margin impact - Building and improving flexible pricing models and tools, including pricing calculators, to help Sales structure deals accurately and profitably - Providing input on packaging and pricing for large deployments and new customer types in partnership with Finance - Maintaining deal scorecards and approval matrices with clear thresholds, checklists, routing rules, and templates - Identifying workflow bottlenecks and driving improvements through standardized templates, automation, and Salesforce/CPQ enhancements to accelerate quote-to-close cycles You are service-oriented and action-biased, understanding that Deal Desk exists to help Sales close efficiently while protecting long-term financial health. You're financially sharp, able to assess deal economics and explain business implications clearly. You excel at pricing and deal structure, building financial models and helping Sales create fast, accurate, profitable deals. You're meticulous about controls and systematic processes, and you communicate complex pricing and risk clearly to cross-functional partners.
