Higgsfield AI is a rapidly scaling generative AI company powering video creation and creative tools for Fortune 500 brands. This role owns product measurement and experimentation strategy, serving as the measurement authority for onboarding, first-generation features, paywall, monetization, and retention.
Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining core product metrics (activation, conversion, retention, cohort analysis), instrumenting new features with product and engineering teams before launch, and ensuring event data integrity across the organization. You will design and execute A/B tests with proper statistical rigor, distinguishing between proven wins, proven failures, and inconclusive results. You'll conduct in-depth funnel analysis across onboarding, checkout, and plan selection; perform pricing and packaging analysis including unit economics and margin by feature; and identify behavioral segments (casual vs. corporate users, by model and use case) to surface actionable insights.
You'll build decision-focused dashboards that PMs actively use, write clear analytical readouts for non-technical stakeholders, and automate recurring reporting. Technical work spans SQL (window functions, cohorts, retention on raw events), Python (pandas, notebooks), BigQuery, and product analytics platforms.
Ideal candidates have strong SQL and working-level Python; real experimentation experience including feature kills based on test results; statistical honesty and understanding of subscription and one-time purchase mechanics; and a bias toward checking data quality before explaining movements. Product analysts from consumer subscription or PLG products, growth/BI analysts, early-stage builders, or data scientists seeking decision-focused work are strong fits. The role requires ownership, clear communication, and comfort with imperfect data. This is a fully on-site position in Almaty with five-day-per-week office presence.
