Employment Hero is a global HR and payroll platform serving over 350,000 SMEs across six countries. As a Data & Insights Analyst, you'll partner with the Data Analytics & Insights Manager to deliver strategic, actionable intelligence to senior stakeholders across specific business domains (GTM, CX, Product, etc.).
Key responsibilities include: delivering trusted insights at speed to senior leadership; building reusable, scalable analytics solutions and AI-ready tools; enabling self-serve analytics and data-driven decision-making across domain teams; and productizing insights for consistency and reuse.
