You will work closely with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Network Engineering, and Network Deployment teams to manage datacenter operations, coordinate with hardware vendors, datacenter providers, ISPs, and remote contractors.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal infrastructure teams to complete datacenter tasks across remote locations; maintaining datacenter environment operational availability; leveraging AI tools to automate repetitive operational tasks and accelerate troubleshooting; creating and maintaining documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and management of operations procedures (MOPs); configuring network infrastructure as needed; and providing feedback to support internal tools and vendor partnerships.
You will participate in a shared on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 operational availability of the global network. The role requires managing operational environments, developing new approaches to improve delivery efficiency and operational stability, and handling basic program management responsibilities using tools like JIRA.
Required qualifications include minimum 4 years of Linux systems administration experience; hands-on experience with Juniper, Cisco, and DWDM network equipment; experience managing and instructing remote contractors; familiarity with infrastructure deployment in remote colocation facilities; proven ability to run and improve operational processes including automation tooling in rapidly changing environments; knowledge of day-to-day datacenter operations tasks (deployment, migration, decommissioning); and comfort with basic program management (prioritization, planning, scheduling, status reporting).

You should be self-driven with keen attention to detail, thrive in hypergrowth environments, and excel at navigating challenges across time zones and cultures.
