Salary: USD 33,600 - 65,000 / annual
Hudl is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary strategic partner for youth, club, and high school athletic programs using Hudl's video analysis and team management platform. You will own a territory of accounts, driving retention, product engagement, and adoption across your customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-impact onboarding by partnering with Account Executives to ensure new customers see immediate value and build momentum for long-term success
- Maximize territory impact by driving deep product adoption, ensuring every customer fully integrates Hudl into their daily workflow
- Drive strategic engagement through reviews and strategy sessions with coaches and athletic directors, providing education and roadmaps to help programs reach their goals and secure renewals
- Champion the Hudl ecosystem by identifying expansion opportunities and turning functional users into power users across the full product suite
- Master metrics by using health scores and engagement data to proactively identify at-risk accounts, keeping churn low and expansion revenue growing
- Bridge the gap between initial sales and long-term expansion, collaborating with Account Executives and Account Managers to maintain customer health
You will be based in Lincoln or Omaha, NE, with 3 days per week required in the Lincoln office. The role offers flexibility in work arrangements and the opportunity to specialize in one of three markets: High School, Club, or Fan.
Requirements:
- Passionate advocate for user experience; comfortable with difficult conversations and going the extra mile to turn dissatisfied users into long-term partners
- Strong communicator who can clearly translate technical value to both internal stakeholders and external decision-makers in web demos and phone conversations
- Commercial and data acumen; understand sales funnels, can spot expansion signals, and are comfortable using health scores and engagement metrics to prioritize work
- Technology savvy; quickly grasp product-market fit and are comfortable working in Salesforce, Salesloft, and similar platforms to manage daily responsibilities
- Master of prioritization; can balance heavy workloads from onboarding to program reviews without dropping the ball; possess a natural growth mindset
Nice-to-Haves:
- Sports industry experience as a coach, athlete, or administrator
- SaaS background with experience in client-facing roles at tech companies, understanding subscription renewals and churn
- Familiarity with Hudl products and ability to speak the language of power users
- Innovative mindset and desire to refine processes and find creative solutions
