Veeva Systems is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Quality to support key customers in the life sciences industry post-implementation. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary liaison between Veeva and customer stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful adoption of Veeva's Quality products and applications.
You will own customer relationships with application owners, understanding their business objectives and challenges. You'll work cross-functionally with Veeva's strategy, sales, product, and services teams to address customer needs and identify expansion opportunities. Key responsibilities include leading customer success meetings to demonstrate value, providing strategic guidance on optimizing Veeva applications, and helping customers develop roadmaps aligned with their business goals.
You will also lead Quality CSM events such as educational sessions, in-person user group meetings, and online communities to facilitate peer learning and collaboration. You'll communicate product releases and roadmaps, translating complex technical information into clear insights for diverse audiences.
Required qualifications include 7+ years of experience in Quality within the life sciences industry, with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or CRO companies. You must have customer-facing consulting experience and proven ability to manage relationships with key decision-makers and application owners. Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) is essential. Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.
Nice-to-have qualifications include 7+ years in software or consulting, SaaS/cloud experience, and familiarity with Veeva Vault.
