Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 / annual
Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that owns and operates the full stack from energy generation through cloud services to power AI workloads. The company is solving the AI compute bottleneck through an energy-first approach.
As a Customer Success Manager for Managed Inference, you will support enterprise customers deploying AI inference workloads on Crusoe's cloud platform. You'll sit within the Customer Experience organization and serve as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their business needs and technical requirements for inference deployments
- Providing technical guidance on cloud-based AI/ML solutions, including Kubernetes, model deployment, autoscaling, and observability
- Conducting regular customer reviews and reporting on KPIs such as adoption, inference consumption, latency, and uptime to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Coordinating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to surface customer challenges and advocate for customer needs
- Delivering training sessions and workshops on product use and benefits
- Managing customer escalations and service incidents, resolving concerns and supporting customers during critical issues
You'll need a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, plus 2+ years supporting enterprise cloud, AI/ML, developer platform, or infrastructure customers in a customer success or technical account management role. You should have a solid technical foundation in cloud computing, AI/ML technologies, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Working knowledge of inference workloads, model serving architectures, Kubernetes, containers, APIs, and GPU infrastructure is required.
Bonus experience includes familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic applications, inference optimization, managed inference platforms, or GPU-based inference environments. Experience contributing to customer case studies or advocacy programs is also valued.
