Regard is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the full customer lifecycle for healthcare system clients. You will manage accounts from technical integration and onboarding through renewal and expansion, working with clinical leaders at top health systems across the country. In this role, you will establish retention goals and renewal milestones, build relationships with client leadership to position them as product champions, review customer feedback to improve experience, track project progress across internal and client teams, and maintain deep product knowledge to guide customers toward optimal solutions. You'll optimize existing processes and enhance Customer Success initiatives across the organization. Regard's AI-powered technology analyzes patient medical records to recommend diagnoses in real time at the point of care and during population-wide screening. The company works with leading health systems to transform clinical decision-making. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success and collaborates closely with implementation, sales, marketing, training, product, and technical teams. You must be willing to travel to client sites (up to 30%) and be based in MT, CT, or ET time zones within 50 miles of a major airport. Regard offers equity, annual performance bonuses (contingent on ARR targets), 99% employer-paid health benefits plus One Medical subscription, 18 PTO days plus one week holiday break, monthly health & wellness budget, company-sponsored retreats, and a sabbatical program. **Requirements:** - 3+ years professional experience in healthcare customer success - Experience working in acute care setting within past 2 years - Experience with inpatient Epic or Cerner EHR integrations within past 2 years - Expert-level ability to lead meetings with healthcare client stakeholders and clinical leaders at large, complex health systems - Strong proficiency in Excel, analytics, and modeling - Track record of fostering productive, long-term business partnerships - Must be based in MT, CT, or ET time zones, within 50 miles of a major airport - Willing to travel to client sites as needed (up to 30%) - Authorized to work in US without visa sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with clinical informatics - Ability to respectfully debate ideas and take pragmatic approaches - Excellent written and verbal communication - Passionate about learning and helping team members improve - Experience in healthcare project management - Comfortable working with AI tools
