UiPath is hiring an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead post-sale adoption and value realization for federal civilian customers. You will own the end-to-end customer journey, serving as a trusted advisor to federal agencies deploying UiPath automation, AI, and agentic solutions in mission-critical environments. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing adoption strategies and value delivery plans; driving measurable mission outcomes through governance, executive business reviews, and quarterly business reviews; orchestrating cross-functional delivery across Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Professional Services, and customer teams; navigating complex federal constraints including legacy systems, security reviews, accreditation, and network access; identifying and codifying automation and AI opportunities through discovery and workshops; and surfacing customer needs and product feedback to internal teams. You will partner closely with Technical Account Managers on platform health, technical roadmap maturity, and technical working sessions. The role requires comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities and technical constraints evolve. You'll proactively identify and resolve adoption blockers, maintain account-level visibility into milestones and risks, and help customers become self-sufficient in operating and scaling their automation programs. Required qualifications: 3+ years working with federal, public sector, defense, or intelligence clients; proven track record in customer-facing consultative roles; demonstrated ability to manage post-sale relationships and drive adoption toward measurable business/mission value; strong program orchestration skills managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional workstreams; ability to build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders; strong communication skills translating technical complexity into business impact; proactive, delivery-minded problem-solving approach. Preferred: prior UiPath deployment experience in federal environments; familiarity with legacy system integrations, network access, security reviews, or production deployment blockers; knowledge of UiPath products, RPA program operations, or agentic automation; software engineering or systems integration background; experience with federal system integrators (Protiviti, Deloitte, Accenture Federal); DMV area location.
