In this Customer Success Manager role, you will own the complete customer lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth accounts, from implementation and onboarding through renewals and expansion. You'll be a trusted technical and strategic partner, helping customers uncover new use cases and maximize value from the Radar platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning onboarding and implementation for new customers, ensuring rapid time-to-value
- Driving adoption, retention, and expansion by building strong relationships and delivering maximum value
- Identifying new growth opportunities within your book of business and managing execution
- Proactively managing risk, spotting issues early, and proposing solutions
- Serving as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to CS, Product, and Engineering teams
- Managing commercial discussions including renewals and expansions
You'll report to the VP of Customer Success and work from the Flatiron headquarters Monday–Thursday, with Friday flexibility for remote work.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of SaaS customer success experience, ideally in a high-growth environment
- Strong ability to identify customer objectives and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve outcomes
- Clear, confident communicator who builds trusted relationships with technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, relevant, valuable language for customers
- Highly organized and reliable managing multiple accounts, projects, deadlines, and priorities
- Goal-oriented and proactive with strong bias toward action and results
- Curious, collaborative, resilient, and excited to operate in a fast-moving CS team
Nice to have:
- Experience owning commercial discussions (renewals and expansions)
