Nirvana Health is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise healthcare technology clients. This role offers end-to-end ownership of customer relationships, from executive alignment and stakeholder management through product launch, adoption, and renewal strategy. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives at large healthcare organizations, developing and executing account strategies that drive measurable business impact. Key responsibilities include owning overall account strategy and health, leading complex onboarding and product launches with cross-functional alignment, developing adoption strategies across multiple teams and workflows, and consistently exceeding retention targets. You'll use data and analytics to monitor product adoption, forecast churn risk, and inform strategic decisions, including hands-on Excel work for reporting and account analysis. The role requires navigating complex organizational dynamics within large healthcare clients and acting as the internal voice of the customer, influencing product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. Success is measured by retention goal achievement, successful product launches, trusted relationships across client organizations, sustained adoption, and strong cross-functional execution. Required qualifications include 3-5 years managing enterprise accounts with senior and C-suite stakeholders, a proven track record of driving account health and retention success, experience owning and exceeding retention targets in multi-stakeholder environments, and healthcare industry experience (ideally with enterprise health systems or healthcare technology companies). You must have strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting), excellent executive communication and negotiation abilities, and experience working in fast-paced startup environments. Previous CSM experience is required; consulting background is a plus. Nirvana offers competitive compensation with base salary $120,000-150,000 DOE plus variable compensation, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), hybrid work (3 days per week in a dog-friendly NYC office), unlimited PTO, $1,000 annual mental health and wellness benefit, home office support, and a collaborative culture.
